Do i need a new video card or is it my computer?

So i was playing runescape then i decided to turn high detail on logged out then logged back in my computer freeze and i tried to play combat arm but it froze.Then when i turn my computer back on its all stripy and then it goes pitch black.I can only go on safe mode.My computer is about 2 years old and start up repair can't find ny problems and microsoft securty cant find anything.|||you seem to need to reinstall the graphics card drivers.
