No sound coming from laptop speakers or headphone jack?

so when i play something no sound will come from the speakers. If i try and plug headphones in that doesn't work either. i just got my laptop back from the computer repair store; they replaced the video card. while working on it do you think they might have knocked the speaker cord lose? or is something else messed up?|||Maybe you need to update your Audio Driver. Go to the company than makes your computer and update your Audio Driver|||if ur on windows 7 look in the bottom right hand of ur screen, you see a speaker left click on it then go to mixer and make sure everything is max :) if that doesn't work then they messed up ;) complain to them|||There are some quick fix, but since you spend money to get it repaired take it back to them and explain the problem in other words let them fix it
