Is this cheap for a laptop repair?

Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop L355D. I took it in to a repair center and they said the video card died and it would cost 150.00$ to repair and I'm wondering if would be cheaper just to buy a new motherboard like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/V000148150-TOSHIBA-L355D-AMD-MOTHERBOARD-TESTED-/110714344487?pt=Motherboards&hash=item19c716d427 or find a new place. Thanks.|||A new motheboard - NO|||The price is not too bad if that is a turnkey job. I don't think you can do any replacement for the money.
