Does someone know what the best PCI video card is, without moving to PCI Express?

Does someone know what the best PCI video card is without going into PCI Express, and where I could find a cheap one? I have tried getting a video card put in my computer from a local computer repair and they had trouble finding good, cheap, video cards.......can anyone help me???|||I would go with Quantum's answer.

I recently bought a Dell with only PCI slots.

So I went out and bought the HD 2400PRO.

It was amazing! It played all my games.

Crysis I had low settings and low res.

It played all my HD videos!

Overall, this is a great card. I had the X1550 before, but that can't play games as good as this.|||PCI graphics cards have become dated. They were replaced by AGP back in 1997. For the best PCI video card, I would recommend The ATI Radeon HD 2400.

Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis…

The Radeon HD 2400 is from the RV600 (HD 2xxx) series. It supports DirectX 10 and OpenGL 2.0. It has 256MB of memory. 520MHz core clock, an 800MHz memory clock, and 40 stream processors.

Here is a list of other PCI video cards:
